Users and roles

There are three types of users.

Super-admin

When opening a bussiness account you are automatically a superadmin. The superadmin has access to every functionality and can create the other types of user ( admin and technician).

Admin

The admin, an office staff for example, has most of the same functionalities as a superadmin but can create only users lower of them, technicians.

Technician

The technician, as a lower role, does not have permission for high level functionalities. Its main ability is starting and completing visits.
