Landing Page

Welcome to Pestview — the ERP platform designed to transform pest control companies. On this landing page, you’ll find an overview of who we are, the solutions we provide, our pricing plans, and ways to get in touch with us. At the top, the navigation bar makes it easy to explore each section. On the right side of the bar, you can switch to your preferred language or access the login page.

Log-In Page

From the log-in page, users can access the platform with their credentials. You can log in either as:

  • An Admin of a pest control agency
  • A Technician
  • A Client of an agency

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click the link below the login button. You’ll be redirected to the password recovery page, where you can enter your email address to reset your password.

Calendar / Dashboard

The dashboard is the main hub of the platform. A sidebar on the left allows you to navigate across different sections, while the central focus is the calendar.

The calendar consists of two main parts:

  1. Header – Includes filters and a button to create new visits.
  2. Calendar View – Displays scheduled visit appointments for the selected date. You can switch between different views (day, week, or month) to better manage your schedule.

Sidebar Overview

Each section in the sidebar follows a similar structure:

  • Header with filters and actions
  • Table displaying relevant records
  • Appointment List
  • View detailed information about appointment visits.
  • Edit or delete visits, apply filters, export data, or add new visits.

Customers​

  • Create, edit, or delete customer profiles.
  • Filter customers based on their details.
  • Navigate to a customer’s overview (with more details) or to their locations table.

Contracts​

  • Monitor all contracts and their key data.
  • Delete empty contracts.
  • Navigate to detailed contract overviews.

User Management​

  • View all users with a lower role than your own.
  • Depending on your permissions, you can edit, delete, or create users.
  • Send password reset links when needed.

Reports​

Graphs​

  • Use multiple filters and switch between tabs for different graph types.
  • Analyze visits, costs, chemical applications, and device usage.

Financial Data​

  • Apply filters and actions like in other tables.
  • Review detailed information about visits and their costs.
  • Create invoices or view detailed financial reports per visit.

Device Activity​

  • Select a client, one of their locations, and a device.
  • View the chosen device’s activity within a specified time frame.

Data Management​

  • In all sections under Data Management, you can create, edit, or delete resources.
  • Upload certificates where applicable (for certain resources).

Devices​

  • You can filter and export devices
  • You can navigate to a devices overview by clicking on the device type or navigate to a customer by clicking on the clients name

Below the sidebar sections you have the option to change language, see your role and log out. ( An admin also has a settings page.)
