How to Create a Visit Appointment

There are two ways you can create a Visit Appointment

First way

Path: Log in -> Dashboard -> Calendar & Appointments -> Calender View

Add Visit from Calendar View

Second way

Path: Log in -> Dashboard -> Calender & Appointments -> Appointment List

Whichever way you go with only the two first steps differ.

  1. From the Dashboard, click on the Calendar & Appointments tab and then select Calender View, or
    • From the Dashboard, click Calendar & Appointments tab and then select Appointment List.
  2. Once the Calender Tab opens up, click on the Add New Control Visit button on the top-right corner or
    • Once the Appointme List opens, click on the Add New Control Visit button on the top-right corner.
  3. A form will appear where you can select:
    • The customer and location of the appointment.
    • The contract, the visit does not require a contract with the customer and location, and the task of the appointment.
    • The date, start time and duration of the appointment.
    • The technician that will perform the appointment.
    • The type of the appointment, recurring, one-time (Ad-Hoc) or a simply planned.
    • The cost of the appointment.
  4. Once all the details have been filled, click the Submit button.

Your appointment has been scheduled.
